A study has shown that men who drink a lot of coffee
reduce the risk of Prostate Cancer.
6 or more cups a day resulted in a 20 % reduced risk of getting the disease.
1 to 3 cups a day cut the chance of getting the lethal form by 30 %.
A spokesman for the study of 45,000 men in Boston, USA said
Coffee was now a factor in lowering the risk.
Scientists believe it is due to Antioxidants in the drink.

I have had a lot of questions regarding what hosting ,what blog theme,how to get traffic…etc..etc.

I do not intentionally like to upset any one.
So,I have put up this post before, and I apologize for doing it again.
When I first set up my blog with the help and advise of a good friend.
He said he would install a plug-in on my blog so as any comments that may upset some of the readers of my blog, or that did not relate to the content on my blog, or was not related to Natures Remedies or Natural Health….. not in English,- have links in the comment, – or your web site is of adult content, – would automatically go into my SPAM folder.
So, as these are not related to my blog.. I delete them every week – UNREAD..
If you have put a comment relating to my passion for Natural Health..I apologize and PLEASE send them again in the hope they will get through to me.
Like all of us ..Time is very important so I hope you understand where I am coming from.
